Single Mom

Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.” Mark 10:27

I’m not sure how to communicate this need adequately so I’m just going to jump right in.
A few years ago, I met a young wife and mom at Calvary that was in need of encouragement. We spent time talking and prayed together. She knows the Lord and has a sincere desire to please him. She has attended our church on and off for several years. We have stayed in touch through the years.
Fast forward a bit and she is now in a very difficult situation. She and her husband are separated now. They have two young boys. She also has two boys, 8 and 7 years old from previous relationships.
She works at a local retail store while the children are at a child care facility.
She was staying with family but that situation became too difficult. She has been on waiting lists for several weeks for emergency housing through 211 and ministry groups that serve homeless families.
Her two older boys are with their dads right now. She and the two younger boys have been sleeping in her car because she has no other choice.
Obviously, housing is her largest need but please pray for her and her boys. If you have any leads on housing resources, please let me know.

Thank you,
